Description of the bug

I tried to enter a custom model using "claude-haiku-4-5-20251001" and "claude-haiku-4-5" and neither work.

Trying to troubleshoot some more, I tried "claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929" and that doesn't work, either. Works in my Chat UI, Cherry Studio.

All errors say to check the model id.

Same here. Works with Sonnet 4, Opus 4, Sonnet 3.7, Haiku 3.5. Fails with Sonnet 4.5, Haiku 4.5. Model IDs taken from https://docs.claude.com/en/docs/about-claude/models/overview, same as the suggested ones from the dropdown. Error message "Test failed - check provider configuration" and "Check if the model ID is correct". OS is MacOS Sequoia, BrowserOS Version 137.0.7218.69 (Official Build) (arm64).

This issue has been fixed in PR. But we are also rolling out a new agent that uses Vercel AI SDK for chat and has much better support.
