I am getting

Run browser-actions/setup-firefox@latest
  with:
   firefox-version: 94
  env:
    NVMRC: 14
Error: Unsupported arch: arm64

Same issue with setup-chrome

Same on Apple Silicon MacBook when run with http://github.com/nektos/act

The action support Linux ARM 64 since v1.7.0. Please try it.
