Hides formated texts not included in answer

Hello good afternoon! Congratulations on the plugin, it is very useful!

I detected an error and thought I'd better report it. The plugin is hiding text formatted in a different color, even though it is not included in the card response.

Ex. Question: how many fingers does a hand have? Answer: 5.

If the word fingers, in the question, is formatted in a different color, such as orange, the plugin is blurring the word fingers.
