Expanding/collapsing triangle not showing up in rems even when hovering over them.

Arrow for collapsing/expanding not showing up many times. These are some examples (the pointer is hidden when I make a screenshot, but it is hovering over the problematic rem): In the above, the Atlas rem doesn't show any icon/arrow/triangle to expand it. Yet, as you can see in the next pic, it has plenty of child rems:
