Error while applying bookmarks

Hi! The script looks great. Issue is, when I run ./pdfdir-join Test in the cloned repo, it creates the merged pdf file but fails to create the bookmarks. The error I get is:

Applying bookmarks...
/dev/fd/63/dev/fd/63: No such file or directory - /proc/9619/fd/pipe:[549318] (Errno::ENOENT: )
No such file or directory - /proc/9620/fd/pipe:[550012] (Errno::ENOENT)

I had the same error, even though GhostScript and Ruby were already installed.

Applying bookmarks...
/dev/fd/63: No such file or directory @ realpath_rec - /proc/5726/fd/pipe:[40431] (Errno::ENOENT)

GPL Ghostscript 9.26 (2018-11-20)

GhostScript version: 9.26~dfsg+0-0ubuntu0.16.04.12 a Ruby version: 1:2.3.0+1
