Allow rotation of display independently of layout

Currently the display is set for the pump to be at 3 o'clock. The default and recommended position from the NZXT install guide is 6 o'clock.

Adjusting the rotation of the display through settings should be a nice addition.

Note: Rotation can be achieved through signalrgb layout. The downside is that layout is used for effect mapping. I think rotation in layout should be used for the background image generation and a new rotation settings for the overlay would be better.

Thanks, noted in the original issue at the same time 😄

The only downside I see currently is that you cannot remap the rotation for the background through layout currently.
