Cleanup on 'exit' command

Hi,

I discovered that, after exit action was chosen, ssh connections were still 
present. Additionally, the child and master windows weren't closed.

After short dig in, I've prepared a patch that solved the issue for me. 
Perhaps, you will find it useful :)
