Microadjust is undiscoverable

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

There is a microadjust feature to nudge bars around with the keyboard. there is nothing in the UI to hint how to activate this feature. I only learned about it when I stumbled upon it in the code

Describe the solution you'd like to see implemented:

Add buttons in the bar config screen to turn on the keyboard adjustment modes, maybe even allowing precision adjustment?
