Hide actions that are not available in browser

Summary Some actions like next tab use the keybind ctrl + tab which is already a keybind for switching tabs in chrome.

Alternatives/Considerations I suggest we hide actions like this that don't work on the web build. Another possibility is to give them another keybind or rebindable keybinds.
