Ability To Drag Files?

Open Ch36 opened this issue 3 years ago • 1 comments

Bridge (v2) is amazing, better than I ever could have hoped! But I really think it could use a file drag feature. You see I’m on mobile and it’s not that easy to move files around in the bridge editor. I have to download the file, have the correct folder open, then import the downloaded file, after that I then have to delete the original file.

So moving files around in bridge on mobile is not very convenient. This can easily be solved by adding a drag feature, thanks!

also, is bridge developed by multiple people or just a single person? I’m just curious.

Drag & drop for files is available on devices which support precise pointer gestures (not touch) because the controls didn't quite work for touch devices. We'll need to setup a completely different UI for mobile users

(bridge. is mainly developed by two people but we could use more regular contributors; see: https://github.com/bridge-core/editor/graphs/contributors)
