General schema improvements

Just so I don't forget, here are a variety of improvements I want to make to our schemas.

• [x] Version particle schema
• [x] ~Extract common types into schema/general/types (e.g. vectors or min/max objects)~
• [x] Ensure schema/general/vanilla only contains vanilla data that has been scraped
• [ ] Finish adding "title" and "default" fields for every schema property (progress: features/1.17.0/conditional_list)

...and probably more things I can't think of right now
