support importing packs directly from com.mojang

Summary A native (as this is not possible on PWA or mobile), display detected com.mojang packs in the project list and once show a dialogue to begin importing this project.

Alternatives/Considerations Potentially I might want to move this outside of the project list and instead make it a dedicated import action since I don't want to clutter the project list with a feature most people won't use.
