Get jruby-head running all benchmarks again

jruby-head mysteriously dies on the Requests Per Second and Memory Usage benchmarks, but the Startup Time benchmarks run fine.

It may have something to do with spawning bash sub-shells, which the Startup Time benchmark does not do.
