Layout Builder

With Layout Builder being experimental in 8.5 and possibly stable in 8.6 it would be awesome if this theme fully supported the Layout Builder interface. Right now the off canvas sidebar is nearly impossible to use and there seems to be some style conflicts that make the drag n' drop very hard to use.
