Unicode escapes in regular expressions.

We now have recompw and reexecw for compiling regex in wide strings, as well as executing them on wide strings. The engine supports wide strings. So what I need now is to support \Uxxxxxx escape sequences in regular expressions (and maybe in the fread and fwrite functions).
