Connect to Equation does not work properly for Chrome >= 100, Ubuntu20.04

Thank you for the extension, I have been using it for many years!

After Chrome 100, "Connect to Equation", displays the equation in the box, but does not enter the LaTeX source code in the box for editing.

If I reload the presentation, I can connect, but I cannot disconnect.
