Gateway Timeout

I am experiencing a problem when accessing, I have tried with username and password or anonymously and it is impossible, I get the legend "Gateway Timeou The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.t". A part of the config.php file looks like this:

what am I doing wrong? :(
