[Vuejs Integration] GlobalComponents and JetBrains currently dont work

just a heads-up GlobalComponents doesn't seem to be supported but in current Jetbrains products, it works fine in vscode there is a whole slew of issues on their board open about this.

before someone goes on a wild goose chase for hours its a good thing to know :) this problem results in not having proper typing inside the idea.

this affects the vue integration typing

A ticket has been created with the JetBrains team for this.

It looks like JetBrains uses their own language service for Vue, so I, unfortunately, am not able to do anything on my end on this.

I'm hoping to get this resolved with the new Language Server.
