Safari 9 has been released, and should be tested accordingly.

Feature support (or otherwise) data is currently apparently hard-coded into the JS files in the `data` folder; it would be handy if there was some sort of test suite here...

I realize this is the [older syntax](http://www.w3.org/TR/2011/WD-css3-text-20110215/#hyphenate-char-limits) but at least the support is present.
