There's no need to download the json file every time hatmaker is used. Hatmaker should make proper use of caching mechanisms such as etags.
Give support to upgrade workflows that were not installed using hatmaker.
I know, I know... I just wanted to launch this. :)
Many errors could occur while attempting to download an workflow, e.g. Files could be unavailable to download or no internet available, and this is not being treated. Expected one message...
