Images come up blurry

the left side is what's being saved and the right sight is the live preview I can't find any parameters to save

More information, When I use a 10.1 Tab A (Display resolution: 1920 x 1200) the images come out clear However with a 9.7 Tab A (Display resolution: 1024 x 768 (XGA)) that's when they come out blurry.
