Folder deselection on navigate in ContentPicker

• Browser : Chrome, Edge, Firefox, IE

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior? (Screenshots can be helpful here) I am not 100% sure what the intended behaviour originally was but here are a few options:

• If user picks a folder, they can no longer navigate into it OR,
• if user picks a folder, it remains selected in the UI even after navigating inside

What went wrong? (Screenshots, console logs, or HAR files can be helpful here)

• If a user picks a folder and navigates inside, it is deselected in the list but is still an item in the event array when the select "choose" event
