Content encoding issue in CSS for picker and explorer 12.0.0

Environment:

  • Elements version: 12.0.0

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Browser Chrome, Edge, Firefox (latest)

Steps to reproduce the problem:

expected bullet before the file size (in mobile view) image

What went wrong? (Screenshots, console logs, or HAR files can be helpful here) Viewing the stylesheets for 12.0.0 explorer and picker and sidebar. I have found that css renders content using content:"•" instead of what I assume should be content: "\2022"
