Backtrace of igoproxy.exe error
Error 327684:3: 🔗
After downloading a game (in this instance SimCity), when the game reaches the "Finalizing" stage during download/installation an error is produced. I found the same error reported by other users on EA forums here, with no clear solution other than a Chinese forum post which says to delete a registry key to finalize the uninstallation.
Reinstallation won't work, because re-installing the bottle is the same as going through the process of deleting that registry key and reinstalling Origin.
I can confirm it also happens to me which I reported on discord support chat.
I'm having this exact same issue. A quick Google search shows that some people have solved this problem - on Windows at least, by running Origin as an administrator and-or installing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 but that didn't seem to work for me.
Changing around the runners didn't work either. :(
It works on my side 🤔

I have this exact same issue as well, what I find add I suppose is this. I can download and install and play Mass Effect Legendary Edition and Mass Effect Andromeda which I own. Yet when I download and install other games through EA play I get the same error as the OP.
