Is this dependency compatible with Wine?

Required by several Blizzard games, particularly World of Warcraft as of patch 10.0. Game frequently crashes on load when missing sapi.dll

Agree very much with this request. The writing software Scrivener is unable to start properly without this.

After looking into this further, anyone looking to implement this should consider the following. In my experience, winetricks provides two ways of giving a wine prefix the sapi.dll: the verbs speechsdk and sapi.

Verb sapi is compatible with 64-bit prefixes, while speechsdk is incompatible. The actions each verb takes upon a prefix can be seen in the winetricks source. Look specifically for the functions load_sapi and load_speechsdk.
