[Bug]: UI not scaling horizontally unable to read text fields

Describe the bug

Hello!

I am using Bottles from flatpak on Kubuntu 25.04 (Wayland) and everything works fine except for horizontal scaling. Everything is too narrow and i cannot see what i am selecting and some buttons are weird. For example in the settings of a bottle:

DLSS toggle and text outside of box: Although there would have been place to the left and right. Re-scaling the window does not change anything. Going fullscreen and the issue persists.

Runner slection cuts off names and i do not know which version I am selecting:
