[Request]: Add a list of overrides and a hintbox to DLL Overrides

Settings > Compatibility > DLL Overrides > New Override is a free-form field, making it dependent on external information. This information may or may not be easy to find, and even if found, it can become outdated with new versions of Wine or the program. Needing to acquire from an external source the overrides you need is a disadvantage.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Add a dropdown from which to select from all available or known overrides, as in winecfg (Legacy Wine Tools > Configuration > Libraries > New override for library).

2. When populating the New Override field, display a hintbox with partial matches.
