How to install as the readme is limited or i am just not technical enough

Can anyone update https://github.com/botpress/messaging for dummies like this tutorial: https://github.com/botpress/botpress/discussions/12393 I can add to that page how to install the messages module and activate etc. I have also read https://v12.botpress.com/messaging-channels/direct-integrations/facebook-messenger it does not tell you how to install the module in a way i can understand.
