After alt + tab all multimedia keys stop working in Chrome on Linux.

I open the browser, go to any website with music and all the keys work. Then I press ALT + TAB 2 times and the keys stop working. At all. Just restarting the browser fixes this. If I remove the plugin, only the start/pause key works.

start/pause key code: 0xe0 0x22 0xe0 0xa2 next key code: 0xe0 0x19 0xe0 0x99 prev key code: 0xe0 0x10 0xe0 0x90

OS: Linux Manjaro, kernel 4.19.88-1-MANJARO Chrome: Stable (79.0.3945.88)
