Feature request: Add FinOps

The roadmap contains topics like DevOps and cloud skills for AWS or GCP.

I see the importance of these topics and would like to add the financial aspect to the learning paths.

Cloud spend or better overspend is an important topic in today's organizations heading a cloud native way.

Giving the learners a little swing into the FinOps direction to make them aware of the issue, could help many future companies hiring boot.dev graduates, IMHO.
