Usage of `boost/` library prefix in `<boost/ut.h>`

This is more of a procedural question: I see you install the ut.hpp header into the boost/ subdirectory (of, say, /usr/include) which is also (and originally) used by the Boost libraries. We are in the process of packaging this library for build2 where we try to enforce some sanity into the whole header installation location/inclusion mess. So I am wondering if the use of the boost/ prefix was sanctioned by the Boost project or if this was otherwise coordinated. Specifically, I am wondering what will happen if the Boost project one day decides to also have the <boost/ut.hpp> header?

On a related note/FYI: there is already a library in Debian called libut: https://packages.debian.org/search?searchon=contents&keywords=libut.a&mode=path&suite=stable&arch=any
