How can install in win10?

Run cmd "python.exe -m pip install luastyle", in win10, visual studio 2017. No success, error info: fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'stdc++.lib'. How can install in win10?

Hey, This project has not been tested on windows. I don't plan to do this for now.
