Metadata and uploading to bcs site automation

• By adding few lines at the top of the mod so the ci will auto generate the json file accordingly.

• Adding a new folder that can hold the mods attachments like images and videos so that the bot can grab them direclty from here and upload them to the site or to the discord download mod section.
