When duplicating a record, only the default locale is 'copied', other locales remain empty

Hi,

When duplicating a record, only the default locale is copied. Other locales / languages remain empty.

Note: Noticed in Bolt 5 versions 5.1.16 and higher, perhaps also in older versions ?
