Reproduction

Steps to reproduce

• First issue: Open the backend
• Second issue: Open the backend and change the browser size

Expected result

• First issue: Same margin on the bottom or no margin on the top of the Bolt Project Website link while hovering.
• Second issue: The version also should be hidden while the menu is hidden

Actual result

• First issue: While hovering over the Bolt Project Website link there is a gap on the top but not on the bottom
• Second issue: While using the "mobile menu" the Bolt version is not hidden if the menu is hidden. Also the z-index is broken (see screenshot)
