Configuring Exclude URL Paths

After updating to 1.0.14 from 1.0.12 I had hoped to take advantage of the exclude URLs. Is there meant to be a new field in the settings page so that I can add urls for exclusion, or should these be added elsewhere?

My settings screen still looks the same, so was wondering if I didn't do something right when I updated the plugin.

Hi @chrisicr ,

Unfortunately, I could not reproduce the issue with an upgrade of the plugin.. Could you try to make a clean install (Remove plugin and reinstall it)?

Hi, I have tried uninstalling and removing. I then checked the database tables and the files in the Bolden directory had been removed, which they had. I reinstalled the plugin, but still I don't see an option to enter the URLs that I don't want to be cached. I would like to try and enter the urls into the database, is this possible?
