The package source can be saved under the packaging directory e.g. packaging/rpm

@ghenry I already added similar metadata to Cargo.toml for Arch and Debian, just never used it, so: "I'm not against the idea if it gives us an RPM.

By the way I think a big part of the linux packaging is also coming up with a good systemd service file and installing as such that that is in the correct place with the correct permissions. Also man docs will be nice.
