Bogaudio modules going to a maximum of 12V not 10V

Some of the Bogaudio modules such as XCO will go to -12V to 12V which is more than the common 0 to 10V (Or -5V to 5V).

OK, that's a bug. The output should be limited to +/-12v. It would also make sense to default the MIX knobs to something lower like 50%.
