Code highlights in light mode are low contrast

When using the light mode of the website, the text of the page is kind of hard to see.

It looks like this might be a problem because the site is currently building with the "inline" option of zola:

It might be easier to have custom light mode & dark mode syntax highlighting by switching to the "class-based" option instead.
