Malt fails to initialize when using Vulkan Backend.

Issue description and reproduction steps
The viewport rendered display is failing to initialize in the Blender 4.4 update. Regardless of what's in the scene. See the attatched log, apparently it's due to GL.glGetIntegerv being called.

Are you using the Blender Vulkan backend? In Preference > System > Display Graphics > Backend.
Malt does some minimal OpenGL stuff on the Blender side, but when Vulkan is enabled there's no OpenGL context. I haven't thought about this so far, but I'll have to figure out a solution.
Oops yeah, I forgot that I had tested it out a little before Malt got updated.
I'll rename the issue to reflect that.
Fixed now that Vulkan support was merged.
