I have implemented the library and made several attempts, but it doesn't return any errors, nor does it create the folder for me. The version of my server is 10.2.1 Stable

Thanks for the report, the current version is only validated for:

ownCloud 8.2 - 10.0
NextCloud 12.0

Once I have time I will update and validate the project against more recent releases.
