testnet seed cannot connect

Can someone post an example of how to add the addresses on https://testnet-dex.binance.org/api/v1/peers to the config.toml ?
They dont seem to work. My testnet Binance-Chain-Ganges full node stopped syncing in December. Cant connect to any seeds/peers that are provided in your documentation on docs.binance.org.
