Install fails on Debian 6.0

Latest files pulled from git; autogen; configure; make; make install

Install fails with install complaining that it won't overwrite the just-created stactiverecord/stactive_record.h.

A fix (seems to work), is to remove the second '$(HEADERDIR)/stactive_record.h' item in nobase_include_HEADERS in the Makefile
