core: frontend: Improve Internet speed test

Current behaviour

Currently in the Internet Speed Test screen we can only see the final results and if the test is running based on the disabled button.

We could change to use some UI similar to Local Network Test with some more feedback for the user

Expected or desired behaviour

Enhance the Internet Speed Test UI
