Add User Defined Custom Font Selection (.CHR, Raw/Binary Format)

Can someone here please add the .CHR/.Fnn format (where nn is the height number in decimal) used by https://github.com/viler-int10h/Fontraption please for special use in art?

I know there is already a fork of it with font features, but it seems to be a much older build.
