setup locally or in vps server- help needed

We are planning the python dev block in our ubuntu server for school training purpose.

We are not found a clear documentation to setup for this. https://think.cs.vt.edu/blockpy/ some thing like this.

Please help me in this regard. or share the documentation to setup locally
