[WIP] Create prisma schemas from sqlalchemy tables

Thanks for assigning this issue to me. I'm starting to work on it and will keep this PR's description up to date as I form a plan and make progress.

Original issue description:

Please prepare a version of the sqlalchemy definitions as a prisma schema file. Make sure you maintain all the existing relationships. All of the schemas can be found in the models directory. You can put the new file in the models directory.
