feat: Added audio transcription input to goose
This PR utilizes local whisper to transcribe your speech into input ChatGPT style.
Gimmick? maybe. I am lazy and don't like typing.

nice one @Kvadratni I think may be non gimmick - this doesn't look like it adds much weight to dependencies or downloads until you use it is that right?

The app is signed and notarized for macOS. After downloading, unzip the file and drag the Goose.app to your Applications folder.
