qwen2.5:32b ollama unable to list files in current directory (or access any extensions)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a folder
  2. Click on the startup prompt to list files in the current directory
  3. See error

Expected behavior List the files in the directory.
