Embed the Google Fonts

We should not rely on external query for the Robot and Material Icons fonts. Add them as npm package dependencies instead.

Both Roboto and Icons have now been embedded and is not retrieved from Google Fonts.

This has been re-opened as it's still loading icons from Google Fonts.

We can decide to use Material Symbols, but at minimum we should use Material Icons locally loaded:
